Most appointments are held on Zoom, offering clients unparalleled convenience and accessibility from anywhere in the world.
Cancellation Policy
At Empowered Health, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service for every appointment. To ensure smooth scheduling for all our clients, please review our booking policy below: 1. Cancellations: - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. 2. Rescheduling: - If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. 3. No-Shows: - Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee. 4. Arrival Time: - Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling, depending on availability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy.
